That amount will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date. Half of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled 15 days prior. After that, the entire deposit will be forfeited. |

Dec 20 – Apr 15 $130/night * Apr 16 – Dec 19 $100/night 10% Discount for four nights or more Hawaii State TAT and GET taxes totaling 11.42% will be added. |

Use of decks, living room, dining room, sunroom and television room. Clothes washer, dryer, wireless internet, cable TV and DVD are available. Second level is private. |
For the sake of others, there
is NO SMOKING in the house. Smoking is allowed on the two lanais to the
extent that it does not bother other guests.
